Jessica and I have become friends over the last couple of years and since have both had our first babies. As I'm sure you mom's out there know getting back into shape and living a healthy lifestyle once the little ones come seems almost near impossible. 
We decided that there has to be ways out there to accomplish this juggling act. We are quickly finding that it IS POSSIBLE to have a crazy mom life as well as have time to take care of ourselves. The information we have been receiving is information that EVERYONE should know, not just moms. SO we wanted to create this blog to share it with all of you! Some of this information may surprise you as we have been educated by the world of what is good for us, and well, a lot of it isn't all correct.

Jess and I both have the desire to lose weight, but in a healthy way. We have both had previous experience in the past trying diet plans, doing extreme workouts, and even battling food disorders. The only reason I tell you this is because this program we found IS NOT any of those things. It is simply a program that makes sense to your body; the program is slightly adjusted to each individual. We all are different and our bodies don't all function the same way. So why should we all follow the exact same way of eating and exercising? We simply shouldn't.
Now by saying that realize that the information we give you may need to be altered to better fit your needs, and hopefully we can help you do that. Also, it is important to note that neither Jessica or I are nutrition or exercise specialists; we are simply stay at home moms that are finding things that work for us and want to share that information to hopefully help you and others.
